This tab displays when Lease Information is selected from the Lease Changes Task Selection Tab. Use the tab to view or edit lease information. Details displayed at the top of this tab are for reference only and cannot be edited.
Note
User access to individual Lease Changes tasks is determined by eSite user security permissions. For information about setting user permissions, refer to the System Help.

An asterisk (*) indicates a required field. If your property type is set to 6-Standard Commercial on the Properties Tab, additional fields display.
Leasing Information
Credit Status
Change the resident's credit status by selecting another from the drop-down list.
Normal—no payment restrictions exist.
No Checks—check payments are not allowed.
Hold—payments and transactions are not allowed.
Restricted—transactions are not allowed.
Number NSF's
eSite maintains a count of the number of times a resident paid with a returned check and updates this field automatically, however, it can be edited. If needed, edit the number of NSF's by entering a different number.
Print Receipts
The default for this check box is unchecked. Select the check box to default the Print Receipt box on the Payments & Adjustments Tab to checked each tie a payment is entered for the lease.
Note:
Receipts can also be printed for payments received by selecting the Print Receipt icon from the grid on the Resident Transaction Inquiry Tab. This function does not depend on the batch approval status. Therefore, receipts can be printed for payments posted to an approved or unapproved batch.
Times Late
eSite maintains a count for the number of times a resident pays their rent late and updates this field automatically, however, it can be edited. If needed, edit the number of times the resident has paid late.
Last NSF
System-maintained field showing the date of the last returned check.
Last Late
System-maintained field showing the date the resident was last late in paying their rent.
Marketing Source *
Edit the original marketing source from the drop-down list. Marketing Sources are established on the Marketing Sources Tab.
Lease Number *
Edit the lease number originally noted when the resident first applied for the lease.
Leasing Agent
Edit the leasing agent originally noted as the person responsible for leasing the unit to the resident from the drop-down list. Leasing Agents are established on the Leasing Agent Tab.
Corporate Client
The global policy, Use Corporate Clients affects this field.
Edit the original corporate client selection from the drop-down list. Corporate Clients are established on the Corporate Clients Tab.
Late Schedule *
Edit the original late schedule selection from the drop-down list. Late Schedules are established on the Late Notices Tab. The field only appears when the Property Policy Track Late Schedules is set to Yes or Require.
Print Invoices
The global policy, Print Invoices affects this field.
Edit the frequency previously selected for printing invoices from the drop-down list.
Always—always print invoices regardless of balance.
Sometimes—only print invoices for residents with a balance due.
Never—never print invoices.
Note that in order to print the Invoice Summary Report, Print Invoices must be set to Always.
Print Statements
The global policy, Print Statements affects this field.
Edit the original frequency selected for printing statements from the drop-down list.
Always—always print statements regardless of balance.
Sometimes—only print statements for residents with a balance due.
Never—never print statements.
Profit Center
The global policy, Use Profit Centers affects this field.
Edit the original profit center selection from the drop-down list. This is the profit center in the general ledger entity used to credit income from the resident.
Resident Vendor ID
Edit the original resident vendor ID. Vendor numbers are used for Security Deposit Interest Refunds.
Tax ID Code
Edit the original tax ID code.
Tracking ID
The property policy Use Tracking ID affects this field.
For a resident/tenant who has not leased previously, the system assigned a unique Tracking ID. Accept the assigned Tracking ID.
For a resident who has leased previously, use the Lookup to find and select the resident's existing Tracking ID.
Allow Auto-Enroll
This field is used by Online Payments. The global policy Enable eDex (data exchange) flags affects this field. This field defaults as checked.
Allow enrollment in Online Payments portal for web payments by checking this box.
Block Payment Access
This field is used by Online Payments. The global policy Enable eDex (data exchange) flags affects this field. This field defaults as unchecked.
Block access to web payments by checking this box.
Block All Access
This field is used by Online Payments. The global policy Enable eDex (data exchange) flags affects this field. This field defaults as unchecked.
Block all access to the Online Payments portal by checking this box.
HUD Fields
The global policy, Use HUD interface or reporting affects these fields. If this policy is unchecked, the following fields do not display.
Last Recertification
Edit the date the lease was last certified by HUD using the format mm/dd/yyyy. Or use the Calendar Button to select a date.
Next Recertification
Edit the date the lease must be certified by HUD using the format mm/dd/yyyy. Or use the Calendar Button to select a date.
Approve Date
Edit the HUD approval date using the format mm/dd/yyyy. Or use the Calendar Button to select a date.
Cancel Date
Edit the HUD cancellation date using the format mm/dd/yyyy. Or use the Calendar Button to select a date.
