Add CPI Group Code button

Select this button to add a CPI Group Code to eSite. Refer to the add instructions later in this topic.

CPI Group Code *

The user-defined CPI Group Code. Once saved, it cannot be edited. Examples:

Annual

Monthly

WRGN (for West Region Properties)

Description*

The description of the CPI Group Code. Examples:

Annual CPI group

Monthly CPI group

West Region Properties

Delete

Use the Delete button to delete a CPI Group Code. Refer to the delete instructions later in this topic.

Reset button

Use the Reset button to discard changes to the grid.

Save button

Use the Save button to save changes to the grid. Unsaved changes are not permanently saved in eSite.

1. From the eSite menu, select Setup—Rebillings—CPI—CPI Group Codes. The CPI Group Codes grid appears.
2. From the CPI Group Codes grid, click Add CPI Group Code.
3. Enter CPI Group Code information into the fields that appear, tabbing between fields.
4. Click Save.

1. From the eSite menu, select Setup—Rebillings—CPI—CPI Group Codes. The CPI Group Codes grid appears.
2. Click in a field and it becomes editable.
3. Make the desired changes. Use the Fields list for help.
4. Click Save.

Note

You cannot edit the CPI Group Code field.

1. From the eSite menu, select Setup—Rebillings—CPI—CPI Group Codes. The CPI Group Codes grid appears.
2. Click the Delete button for the CPI Group Code you want to delete. The CPI Group Code is deleted from the grid immediately.
3. Click Save. The CPI Group Code is permanently deleted from the grid.
