Processing BOD

Activating the Begin of Day and End of Day policy requires these processes to be run daily. Begin of Day is required to open the system for daily processing and End of Day is required to close the day. For this reason, End of Day must be run prior to Begin of Day. If not, processing is not allowed.

Begin of Day/End of Day/Accounting Month End

When active, this function also affects the month end close process, AME (Accounting Month End). If applicable, the system requires AME be run prior to Begin of Day for the first day of the following month using this sequence:

BOD - Day 30, Month 1

EOD - Day 30, Month 1

AME - Month 1

BOD - Day 1, Month 2
