Auto-Email Audit Report
Make the following menu selections to display this page:

Audit
The Auto-Email Audit Report
can be printed for selected properties for a date range to show user-specified
Email Activity. The report can include all emails, successful emails only,
or unsuccessful emails only. The report can be sorted by Property or Email
Activity.
Selection Criteria
Select Properties
Click to select properties from the Select
Properties pop-up. The report runs for all selected properties.
From Date
Accept the default date or enter the first day
of the date range using the format mm/dd/yyyy. Or use the Calendar
Button to display a date.
Thru Date
Accept the default date or enter the last day
of the date range using the format mm/dd/yyyy. Or use the Calendar
Button to display a date.
Show
Select the emails to show on the report: Unsuccessful
Emails only (default), Successful Emails only, All Emails.
Email Activity
Check boxes for the Activity to show on the report:
Guest card created
Application approved
Actual move-in
Actual move-out
Rent payment posted
Work order closed
Sort By
Select how to sort the report data from the drop-down
list. Options include:
- Property—(default)
Data is sorted by property.
- Activity—Data
is sorted by Email Activity. Refer to Email Activity field, above.
Report Details
Email Date
The date of the email.
Email Time
The time of the email.
Activity Date
The date of the activity that triggered the email.
Activity ID
The ID of the activity that triggered the email.
Description
A brief description of the purpose of the email.
For example, "WO 12345 Closed" or "Payment posted"
or "Guest Card entered."
Recipient ID
The identification for the recipient of the email.
For example, Building # - Unit # or Guest Card #.
Recipient Name
The name of the recipient of the email.
Recipient Email
The email address of the recipient of the email.
Err
For unsuccessful emails only, a description of
the condition that caused failure of the email. Note that emails that
are undeliverable due to a nonexistent email address may not be auditable.
To Display the Auto-Email Audit Report
- From
the eSite menu, select Reports—Audit Reports—Auto-Email
Audit.
- Click Select
Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the
report and click Done.
- Select the information
you want to see on the report (refer to the Selection Criteria for this
report).
- Select a Report
Format option: Acrobat
Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
- Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel,
you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the
report opens in your preferred format.
