Forecasted Occupancy Report
Make the following menu selections to display the Student
Housing Trends Tab, from which you generate this report:
eSite—Reports—Trend Reports
The Forecasted Occupancy report is only available for
properties set up as 3—Student Housing property types. It is a report
that provides a summarized listing of forecasted or projected occupancy
figures for a selected semester and can be run by property or properties
and is grouped by: type, leased/pre-leased units, signed renewals, transfer
renewals, vacant statuses and charged rent amounts.
Report Details
Type
The unit type. Unit types are established on the
Unit Type Tab.
No. of Bedrooms
The total number of bedrooms in the unit.
Pre-Leased
The total number of residents with a Current status.
Vacant
The total number of vacant units.
Potential—Rent
The total charges for each bedroom where the income
code Potential flag is set to Yes.
Potential—Total
The total charges for all bedrooms with the same
unit type.
Rental (Furnished/Single Occupancy/Other)
The total count of bedrooms with charges set for
the following trend income codes: Furnished, Single Occupancy and Other.
To Display the Forecasted Occupancy Report
- From the eSite menu,
select Reports—Trend Reports—Student
Housing Trends.
- Click Select
Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the
report and click Done.
- Select Forecasted
Occupancy Report.
- Select a Report
Format option: Acrobat
Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
- Click Display.
If you selected the printing option, Excel, you are prompted to open or save the
report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in your preferred format.
