Export to Blue Moon

Make the following menu selections to perform an export to Blue Moon.

eSite—Leasing—Export to Blue Moon—(Export to Blue Moon selection grid)

Use Export to Blue Moon to link and transfer data to Blue Moon Software for printing lease documents when applications are approved. This is a browser plug-in option designed to interface with eSite. Before you can use this option, you must have a signed and current agreement with Blue Moon Software.

Select an applicant from the grid for the export and then the Export to Blue Moon Tab appears.

Use the Export to Blue Moon tab to set up the interface with TAA Forms online. Details displayed at the top of this tab are for reference only and cannot be edited.

An asterisk (*) indicates a required field.

Header

Apartment

Displays the apartment number.

Apartment Type

Displays the apartment type.

Apartment Status

Displays the apartment status.

Apartment sub-type:

Displays the apartment sub-type.

Resident Status

Displays the resident status.

Market Rent

Displays the market rent for the apartment.

Address

Displays the apartment address.

Lease Profile

Displays a link used to open the Lease Profile.

Export Data

Resident 1-4

Displays the names of Resident 1, Resident 2, Resident 3, and Resident 4.

Occupant 1-4

Displays the names of Occupant 1, Occupant 2, Occupant 3, and Occupant 4.

Lease Begin Date

Displays the date the lease begins.

Lease End Date

Displays the date the lease ends.

Rent

Displays the rent amount.

Security

Displays the security deposit amount.

Prorated Rent

Displays prorated rent, if applicable.

Lease Sign Date

Displays the date the lease was signed.

Concession Amount

Displays the concession amount, if applicable.

Concession Begin Date

Displays the date the concession begins, if applicable.

Concession Description

Displays a description of the concession, if applicable.

# of Months

Displays the number of months for the concession, if applicable.

Authorization

Serial Number *

Enter your unique serial number provided to you by Blue Moon Software. You will not be able to access their systems without it.

User ID *

Enter your unique user id provided to you by Blue Moon Software. You will not be able to access their systems without it.

Password *

Enter your unique password provided to you by Blue Moon Software. You will not be able to access their systems without it.

Procedures

To Export to Blue Moon

NOTE that when using Internet Explorer 11 to export to Blue Moon, it is necessary to add the URL www.bluemoonforms.com as a Trusted Site.

From the eSite menu, select Leasing—Export to Blue Moon. The Export to Blue Moon selection grid appears.
Make a selection from the grid.
Verify all the applicant information prior to continuing with the process. If a change is necessary, click the Cancel button to return to the Lease Changes Tab to make corrections. If not, continue with Step 4.
At Serial Number, enter the unique serial number provided to you by Blue Moon Software. You will not be able to access their systems without it.
At User ID, enter your user id provided to you by Blue Moon Software. You will not be able to access their systems without it.
At Password, enter a unique password provided to you by Blue Moon Software. You will not be able to access their system without it.
Click Continue to launch the Blue Moon interface and automatically transfer the lease information from eSite. Notice you will be in Blue Moon's New Lease window at the specified unit number.
