Use this tab to manage expirations for the property that
is currently selected. You can allow users to override the lease expiration
control for applications, move-ins, transfers, and renewals. Also, the
Lease Expiration Control
Report show all expirations for selected properties during a specified
month range.
Allow Override
Select this check box to allow users to override
the lease expiration control for the property.
Code
If overrides are allowed for this property, type
a security code which the user will be required to enter when performing
an override. This is optional. If you do not entered a code, the user
will not be required to enter one to override the lease expiration control
for applications, move-ins, transfers, and renewals.
Email
If you want the system to send a notification
e-mail when a lease is added that overrides the number of expirations
allowed for a month, type the e-mail address for the recipient.
Select Year
From the drop-down list, select a year and then
click Select. The Lease Expiration Control grid
appears.
Cancel
Click to clear your changes without saving.
Select
Click to display the grid fields for entering
expiration controls for the property.
Month
The grid includes a row for each month of the
year. You can set the allowed number of expirations and view the number
of leases set to expire for each month.
Expirations Allowed
Type the number of expirations that you want to
allow for each month. Or, click the calculator button to calculate and
transfer an amount into this field.
Current Expirations
The system tracks and displays the number of leases
set to expire for the current property within the month.
Reset
Click to clear the grid entries before saving.
Save
Click to save your entry.
Fields
