Lease Expiration Control Report
Make the following selections from the eSite menu to
display this page:
Reports—Leasing—Lease Expiration
Control
This report shows show
all expirations for selected properties during a specified month range.
The total number of expirations listed in the report matches the lease
expiration count in the Expiration
Control for the same properties and month range.
Note
To run this report, the user must have security permissions
(from the permissions list at System—Users, select eSite—Reports—Leasing
Reports—Lease Expiration Control).
Selection Criteria
Note
An asterisk (*) indicates
a required field or selection.
Select Properties
Click to select properties from the Select
Properties pop-up. The report runs for all selected properties.
From Month (MM/YYYY)
Type the first month of the range for which you
want to run the report. For example, 01/2009.
Thru Month (MM/YYYY)
Type the last month of the range for which you
want to run the report. For example, 04/2009.
Report Details
Unit
The building + unit number. For instance, 01-A101.
Name
The primary occupant name. For instance, Sally
Smith.
Type
For lease expirations, this field displays Lease Expire. For lease renewal expirations,
this field displays Lease Renewal.
Date
The Lease Ends date.
Allowed Expirations
The total number of expirations allowed for the
month.
Current Expirations
The total number of current expirations for the
month.
Total Leases Expired in <Month>
The total number of lease expirations for the
month.
To Display the Lease Expiration Control Report
- From
the eSite menu, select Reports—Leasing—Lease Expiration.
- Click Select
Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the
report and click Done.
- In the Month
Date (MM/YYYY) and Month Date
(MM/YYYY) fields, type the month range for which you want to run
the report.
- Select a Report
Format option: Acrobat
Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
- Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel,
you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the
report opens in your preferred format.
