Concession Billings Grid

This selection grid appears first when Concession Billings is selected from the Ledger menu.

eSite—Ledger—Concession Billings

Use the Concession Billings grid to select a resident and access the Concession Billing tab. Then, use the Concession Billing tab to bill a fixed concession to the resident. You can also assign an invoice number to the billing and print a letter explaining the concession details to the resident.

Note

Fixed Concession codes are setup on the Fixed Concessions Tab. The concession amount billed to the resident is based on the income code and amount associated with the Fixed Concession code.
