This section lists Bulk Leasing menu options for student housing properties, that is properties with the property type set to 3-Student Housing. With this option the user can do bulk move-ins, bulk move-outs, forecasts and other tasks for the selected property only. Student Housing Bulk Leasing is not designed to collect money, memos, occupant demographics or charge fees.
