Amenities Overview

Amenities are viable features that add to the value to a unit; for example, a fireplace. Using the amenity features included in this system, you can list amenities, and then assign a price to each amenity in order to track cost, price, and value of that amenity. Tracking amenities helps during cost comparisons with other properties and in assigning fair market value rent to your units.

Amenities File

You can add amenities individually or by amenity type. The system maintains a list of individual amenities in an Amenities file that can be associated with a unit type. When further associations are established for the amenities, the association affects your ability to delete an individual amenity from the Amenities file.

The option Track Amenities must be selected to use amenity options.
