Make the following selections from the Inventory menu to display this page:
Reports—Physical Count Worksheet
Use this page to print the Physical Count Worksheet report.
This report can be printed as part of a Series of Reports.
The Physical Count Worksheet shows Items in a Warehouse in a worksheet format, which allows you to pencil-in the quantities actually counted during a physical inventory. This information can then be input into the system as Physical Count transactions.
You can filter the report by any of several ranges including Item ID, Bin, or User Codes. You can sort the report by the Item ID or by Bin.
Permissions must be set in the System module to access the Physical Count Worksheet report.
System module—Security—Users—Inventory—Reports—Physical Count Worksheet
Select Warehouses (button)
Click the Select Warehouses button and then select the Warehouses for which you want to print the report.
Sort By
Select a sort option for the report from the drop-down list: Item ID (default) or Bin.
From / Thru Item ID
To run the report for a specific Item IDs range, use the Lookup icon for each field to select a starting and ending entry for the range or select the same entry for both to run the report for one Item ID.
From / Thru Bin
To run the report for a specific range for Bin, use the Lookup icon for each field to select a starting and ending entry for the range or select the same entry for both to run the report for one Bin.
From / Thru User Code 1 - 3
To run the report for a specific User Code range, use the Lookup icon for each field to select a starting and ending entry for the range or select the same entry for both to run the report for one User Code.
Which Items
Select which items are included in the report. Options are:
All (default)
Not entered in active Physical Counts
Only entered in active Physical Counts
Divisor line between Items (check box)
Checked - The report shows a line between each Item for that Warehouse.
Unchecked - The report does not show a line between each Item for that Warehouse.
New page for each Bin (check box)
This check box is available only when Bin is selected as the Sort By option.
Checked - The report starts a new page for each Bin.
Unchecked - The report prints continuously without starting a new page for each Bin.
Report Format
PDF Format (default): Select this option to print the report in PDF format.
Create Spreadsheet: Select this option to print the report in an Excel spreadsheet.
