This report lists work orders and tasks associated with
each work order in a summarized format, and is based on property selection.
WO#
The work order number used to identify the work
orders listed in alphanumeric order.
Location
The work order location information. The property
type determines the location that displays. For example, if the location is a residential property, then the report column
header displays as unit, and the building number (if used) and unit number
display in the column detail.
Description
A brief description of the work order and task
associated with it.
Submitted
The date the work order and associated tasks were
submitted.
Completed
The date the work order and associated tasks were
completed.
Priority
Identifies the work order priority level as High,
Medium, Low or Emergency.
Status
Identifies the work order status as Open or Closed.
Task Description
A description of the tasks that must be complete
to finish the work order
Description
A brief description of the task that includes
the type, item,
and problem. These items
are added when you set up Work
Order Types.
Submitted
The date on which the task was submitted.
Due Date
The date on which the task is due to be completed.
Assigned
The employee or vendor to whom the task is assigned.
Completed
The date the task is completed.
Status
Identifies the task status as Open or Closed.
Total Work Orders
The total number of work orders listed on the
report.
