Work Order Template Link
Select this link, which displays above the tab,
to display the grid again. Otherwise, complete fields on the tab.
Template Type *
Select a system-defined template type from the
drop-down list.
Title *
Enter a description of the template. When you
copy a template, the title in the copy is updated with a preface of Copy of. As part of the editing process for the copy,
add a new title for the template.
Priority *
Select a system-defined priority from the drop-down
list.
Pet(s)
Click this box to add a checkmark if the resident
has one or more pets.
Permission to Enter
Check this box to add a checkmark if employees
or vendors have the resident's permission to enter.
Comments
Enter free-form comments.
Tasks Box
This section of the tab includes a line for each task
that must be completed for this work order.
Type
Select a
from the drop-down list.
Item
Select an work
order item from the drop-down list.
Problem
Select a
from the drop-down list.
Details Link
Select the link to Add
Details to a Task on a Work Order Template.
Delete 
Select the delete button to delete a task. The
system deletes the task immediately. Note that you are deleting one task
from the work order template but not the work order template.
Select Box
Use this box to select several tasks to delete
as a group. Click the select box for a task to add a checkmark and then
select the Delete Selected to delete all selected
tasks.
Select the check box beside Select
at the top of the grid to select all check boxes for all tasks, and then
select the Delete Selected button to delete
all tasks.
Add Button
Select this button to Add
a Task to a Work Order Template.
Delete Selected Button
After you click the Select
box for several task, select this button to delete
all of the selected tasks.
Cancel
Click to stop without saving changes.
Save
Click to save your changes.
