Use this tab to copy or delete all records for a specified
property or group of properties based on the action selected: Copy
or Delete.
Action
Select an action from the drop-down list. Options
include:
Copy
- Use this option to copy one or more properties from the current database
to either the same database or a new database.
Delete
- Use this option to remove one or more properties from the current database.
Old Property
Select one of the options: Use
Property: or Use Selected Property(ies).
Use Property
Select a property from the drop-down list.
Use Selected Property(ies)
Click Select Properties, the Select Properties
button appear. If desired, use the Select
properties grid that appears to select properties.
Database
The display-only database that you are currently
logged into. If the property(ies) you want to copy or delete are not in
this database, change databases by selecting System—Select—Database
on the menu.
New Property: Database
For property copy only, select the destination
database.
Cancel
Click to stop without processing.
Next
For property copy only, click to continue after
selecting property(ies) and a database.
Process
Click to start property copy or delete processing.
For property copy only, this button appears only after intermediate steps
are completed.
