Properties Tabs
These tabs may appear as part of the property copy process.
Properties Tab Fields
Use this tab to identify new property IDs to copy to
the database.
ID
The display-only property ID of the source property.
Property
The display-only name of the source property.
New Property ID
Defaults to the same property ID as the source
property if copying to a new database or blank if copying to the same
database. If blank, enter a new property ID. You may also change the property
ID.
Already Exists
Displays "Yes" if the property ID already
exists in the database. The system will not process if the same property
ID already exists.
Previous
Return to the previous page without saving changes.
Cancel
Click to stop without saving changes.
Process
Click to complete the copy process.
Employees Tab Fields
Use this tab to identify new Employee IDs to copy to
the database.
ID
The display-only employee ID of the employee that
already exists in the database.
Name
The display-only name of the employee. that already
exists in the database
New Employee ID
Defaults to the same employee ID as the employee
in the database if copying to a new database. You may also change the
employee ID.
Already Exists
Displays "Yes" if the employee already
exists in the database. If the employee is the same in both databases,
accept the employee ID default. If the employee is different in each database,
however, change the employee ID before processing the copy, i.e., if JDOE
is John Doe in the current database but is Jane Doe in the destination
database.

Work Order Templates Fields
Use this tab to identify new Work Order Templates to
copy to the database.
Description
The display-only description of the Work Order
Template from the source.
New Description
Defaults to the same description as the source
if copying to a new database You may also change the description.
Already Exists
Displays "Yes" if the Work Order Template
already exists in the database. If the work order template is the same
in both databases, accept the description default. If the work order template
is different in each database, however, change the description before
processing the copy.

Inventory Locations Fields
Use this tab to identify new Inventory Locations to copy
to the database.
Location
The display-only name of the source Inventory
Location.
New Location
Defaults to the same Location as the source. You
may also change the Location description.
Already Exists
Displays "Yes" if the Inventory Location
already exists in the database. If the inventory location is the same
in both databases, accept the description default. If the inventory location
is different in each database, however, change the description before
processing the copy.
