Make the following selections from the eService menu
to display this page:
Special—Utilities—Move Documents
Use this utility to copy Documents in folders to the database. It also provides a way to migrate previously-stored documents from the database to the file location specified in the global policies.
The utility function depends on the setting for the global policy Store Saved Documents in folder:
- If the global policy is checked, this utility will move documents from the database to the folder specified in the global policy. The move-documents process will create the folder and also update the database.
- If the global policy is unchecked, this utility will copy documents from the folder to the database. The file is not deleted from the folder location.

To Move Documents
- Verify the setting for the global policy Store Saved Documents in folder. How this utility works depends on this setting, as stated above.
- From the menu, select Special—Utilities—Move Documents.
- Click Process. A confirmation message appears when the process is completed
