Move Documents Tab

Make the following selections from the eService menu to display this page:

Special—Utilities—Move Documents

Use this utility to copy Documents in folders to the database. It also provides a way to migrate previously-stored documents from the database to the file location specified in the global policies.

The utility function depends on the setting for the global policy Store Saved Documents in folder:

If the global policy is checked, this utility will move documents from the database to the folder specified in the global policy. The move-documents process will create the folder and also update the database.
If the global policy is unchecked, this utility will copy documents from the folder to the database. The file is not deleted from the folder location.

To Move Documents

Verify the setting for the global policy Store Saved Documents in folder. How this utility works depends on this setting, as stated above.
From the menu, select Special—Utilities—Move Documents.
Click Process. A confirmation message appears when the process is completed
