Use this tab to add or edit the physical address and
remittance address for each property you enter.
Property Name
The display-only name of the property for which
you are entering an address. The name defaults from the Property tab.
Property Address
Name
Enter the property name to appear in the address
record.
Address
Enter the complete street address using up to
three lines.
City / State / Zip / Country
Enter the city, state, zip code, and country associated
with the property address.
In the State field, entering MN for Minnesota
triggers the Minnesota CRP Forms Report to display as a menu option in
eSite—Reports—Misc. Reports—Minnesota CRP Forms. For additional information,
refer to online Help. Make the following selections from the table of
contents: Reports—Misc. Reports—Minnesota CRP Forms.
Remit To Address
Use the same address as property address (check box)
This option defaults as checked, and the Remit To Address fields below are suppressed unless you uncheck the box.
Checked (default) - The system uses the information shown for Property Address as the Remit To Address.
Unchecked - Uncheck the box when the Property Address is not exactly the same as the Remit To Address. When you do, editable fields appear below the check box. The Property Address appears in the fields. Make changes to the fields, as applicable.
Name
Enter the remittance name.
Address
Enter the remittance address using
up to three lines.
City / State / Zip / Country
Enter the remittance city, state, zip code, and
country.
