        Documents Grid
        Use this grid to manage documents. Documents can be associated 
 with a property, building, unit, or lease. Documents work in the same 
 way, regardless of the tab on which they appear.
        This grid is accessible through links on the following:
        
        
            
Note
        Prior to selecting documents, acceptable document types 
 must be defined on Document Types. 
 User access to individual Lease Changes tasks is determined by eSite user 
 security permissions. For information about setting user permissions, 
 refer to the System Help.  
        
Fields
        
        
            Description
            The description of the document.
            Filename
            The document file name. 
            Date
            The date the document was uploaded to the server 
 and attached to the property.
            Delete
            Click the Delete icon 
 
to delete a document. 
            Add 
            Select this button to add a new document. 
            Find
            Select this button to locate a document. Enter 
 a document name and then click the Find button.
             
         
        
Attaching Documents
        
        
            Documents can be attached as well as viewed and deleted 
 using the Documents form, which is opened from these grids and forms by 
 clicking on the new Documents icon 
. The Documents icon displays 
 a check mark 
  when 
 a document has been attached. 
            Permissions
            Permissions for add, view, and delete were added for 
 eSite in the  System 
 module.
