1. Select—(path varies by module). Refer to the list of Locations above for the path. As necessary, click on a tab or a link to see the User Fields form or pop-up.
2. Click in a field or check box, or select from a drop-down list to enter or edit information in the tab or form.
3. Fields that are required are marked with a red circle.
4. When done adding, editing, or deleting information, click Save.

Consider carefully before making changes to User Defined Fields. Often, only System Administrators who set up your system make changes to User Defined Fields.
