This is the default, which is hard-coded into the system and cannot be changed.

What description do I want to use for Project Manager?

This description is used as the label in the JC Codes submenu, i.e.,

Job Cost—Setup—Job Costing—JC Codes—Project Manager (is the default)

Job Cost—Setup—Job Costing—JC Codes—Proj Mgr (after you change the Description to "Proj Mgr" and then save)
