Add Percent Complete (button)

Click to add a history row in which to enter percent complete information.

Change Date

The change date for the percent complete. Only one change per date is allowed in the grid.

NOTE that if you change a percent for a date that is the same as the login date, the Field Reported percent on the Contract tab in Job Setup will overwrite any entry you make in the Change Date field in the Percent Complete History pop-up.

Percent Complete

The job's percent complete as of that date.

Delete

Click the delete icon to delete the corresponding percent complete line.

Save

Click to save your changes to the grid.

Reset

Click to reset the grid and discard any changes.

1. Locate the icon you want to use to open the Percent Complete History grid:
   Job Costing—Jobs—Contract tab, in the Percent Complete section, the icon is next to the Field Reported field.
   -OR-
   Job Costing—Jobs—Job Estimates—Cost Tab, the icon is next to the Percent Complete field.
2. Click on the icon and the Percent Complete History pop-up appears.
3. Enter percent complete history into the grid. Use the Fields list for help.
4. Click Save.

The locations in the system affected by changes you make to the Percent Complete History pop-up are:

Job Cost Inquiry - Refer to Job Details.

Project Estimate Review Report

Percent Complete Report

In the System module, permissions granted for Jobs and Job Estimates affect the Percent Complete pop-up.

System—Security—Users—Job Cost—Setup—Job Costing—Jobs and

System—Security—Users—Job Cost—Setup—Job Costing—Job Estimates

Users with View or Edit permissions can see the icon and view the Percent Complete History pop-up.

Only users with the Edit permission have full functionality for the Percent Complete History pop-up.

Users with Add or Delete permissions cannot see the icon.
