Images Overview
You can add, edit, and delete images for use in eFinancials.
The image type you specify indicates the purpose of the image in the system.
Check Image Type
Images uploaded with the Check image type
are available to be displayed / printed only when the check format Stub Check Stub is selected and
the Image option is selected.
- The Check image prints
on checks in place of the propertycompany address.
- You
can have multiple Check images on file at a time, each with a different
Image ID.
- The physical size
of the uploaded image is limited to 1" high and 1.5" wide.
- If the file size
of the image is too large, when you attempt to print checks that support
the display of a Check image, an error message displays.
Logo Image Type
Images uploaded with the Logo image type
are displayed in the upper-right corner of your eFinancials reports. You
can have only one logo on file at a time and it must be named LOGO-EFN.
- The physical size
of the image is limited to .34" high and 1.82" wide.
- If the file size
of the image is too large, when you run a report that supports the display
of a logo, an error message displays.
- Most eFinancials
reports support the display of a logo; however, the following eFinancials
reports do not support a logo at this time:
- Purchase Orders Report
- Transfer to AP Report
- Vendor Labels
