Groups Tab Property Setup - Standard Setup

Make the following menu selections to display this tab:

eFinancials—Setup—Global Setup—Properties—Groups Tab or
ePO—Setup—Properties—Groups Tab

Use this tab to add or edit group information for a property.

This menu item is available for Standard Setup only.

Fields

Groups

This property is a member of the following property groups:

A list of the groups to which this property belongs.

(Select group)

To add a group, select the group from the drop-down list. The group is added to the previous field. Groups appearing on this list are established on the Groups Tab in Global Setup.

Delete Button

Use this button to delete a property from a group.

To delete a group:
Select a group name in the box at the top of the tab. The field label is This property is a member of the following property groups. And then select the Delete button. The property group is deleted from the box at the top of the tab and the property is no longer a member of the group.

Vendor Groups

This property can use vendors that belong to these vendor groups:

A list of the vendor groups whose member-vendors this property can use.

(Select group)

To add a vendor group, select the group from the drop-down list. The vendor group is added to the previous field. This property can use vendors in the vendor group.

Delete Button

Use this button to delete a vendor group and prevent the property from using vendors in the vendor group.

To delete a group:
Select a vendor group name in the box at the top of the tab. The field label is This property can use vendors that belong to these vendor groups. And then select the Delete button. The vendor group is deleted from the box at the top of the tab and the property is prevented from using vendors in the vendor group.

Cancel

Select this button when you want to stop without saving changes.

Save

Select this button to save changes.
