User EntityCompany Access Grid
Make the following menu selection to display the grid:
eFinancials—Setup—Security—User
EntityCompany Access or
ePO—Setup—Security—User
EntityCompany Access
Use this tab to manage user access to
EntitiesCompanies .
Fields
Find Button
Enter the first few letters or numbers to search
for in the field (or select from a drop-down list if one
displays), and then select the Find button.
The items that most closely match your entry display in the grid below.
Click column titles to sort the list further.
Page Field and Go Button
Use the Page field and
the
to display additional pages when the list of entries in the grid is longer
than one page.
User ID
The user identification. Click a User ID to edit
the EntityCompany access rights for the user.
To Grant Entity Access Rights to a User
- From the User
EntityCompany Access tab, click the User ID to select the user whose access you
want to edit. The EntityCompany Access Rights tab displays.
- From the Select
column on the EntityCompany Access Rights tab, click the check box for each EntityCompany
you want to grant access rights to for the user.
- Click Done.
The Dashboard displays.
