The following fields and buttons appear on the tab.

Group Entity Access Grid

Find Button

Enter the first few letters or numbers to search for in the field (or select from a drop-down list if one displays), and then select the Find button. The items that most closely match your entry display in the grid below. Click column titles to sort the list further.

Page Field and Go Button

Use the Page field and the Go Button to display additional pages when the list of entries in the grid is longer than one page.

Group Name

The group identification. Click a Group Name to edit the EntityCompany access rights for the group.

Entity Access Rights Tab

Entity ID

The entity identification. Click the column title to sort the list.

Description

The description of the entity associated with the ID. Click the column title to sort the list.

Select

Click the check box in the Select column to add a check mark and grant the group access to the propertycompany database. You can select one or more EntitiesCompanies

Click the check box in the Select column to remove a check mark and deny the group access to the EntityCompany database.

Done

Select this button to save changes.

1. From the Group EntityCompany Access tab, click the Group Name to select the group whose access you want to edit. The EntityCompany Access Rights tab displays.
2. From the Selected column on the EntityCompany Access Rights tab, click the check box for each EntityCompany you want to grant access rights to for the group.
3. Click Done. The Dashboard displays.
