Transaction History
Make the following menu selections to display this page:
eFinancials—Reports—Partnership Reports—Transaction History
Use this page to print a
list of Transactions. Refer to Partnership Accounting Overview for more information.
Report Description
- The report can be run for selected Partnerships, or the option to Include All Partnerships can be selected to print the report for all Partnerships.
- The report can be run for selected Investors, or the option to Include All Investors can be selected to print the report for all Investors.
- The Sort By option allow the report to be sorted by Partnership or Investor.
- The From Date and Thru Date allow you to select a date range for the report. The Thru Date is required, and defaults to the current date. To enter or edit a date, use the Electronic Calendar
- The Include Notes option includes in the report the text of any Notes that were entered for a transaction from the PA: Transaction Entry Grid .
- The report can be run from Series of Reports, however, the Select Partnerships and Select Investors options are not available in a Series.

of the information appearing on this report is the PA: Transaction Entry Grid .
To Print the Report
- From the eFinancials
menu, select Reports—Partnership
Reports—Transaction History.
- To select the Partnerships to include on the report, select Include all Partnerships or click the Select Partnerships button and from the Partnerships pop-up, select the Partnerships to include. Refer to Select Investors or Partnerships for help.
- To select the Investors to include on the report, select Include all Investors or click the Select Investors button and from the Investors pop-up, select the Investors to include. Refer to Select Investors or Partnerships for help.
- At Sort By, select one: Partnership or Investor.
- At From Date, enter a beginning date for the report, if desired.
- At Thru Date, review the ending date for the report and edit the default date (current date) in the field, if desired.
- At Include Notes, check the box to include any notes that were saved for a transaction via the PA: Transaction Entry Grid .
- Select
one of the following report printing options:
- PDF: Print the report in PDF format for use in a PDF viewer,
such as Acrobat.
- Create
Spreadsheet: Prints the report in an Excel spreadsheet.
- Click Print. If you selected Create Spreadsheet,
you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the
report opens in PDF format.
