The User Code List report provides a list of User Codes, the user-defined settings applied to the User Codes, and the Active status of the User Codes, one page per EntityCompany.

Summary Report

The summary report shows the following information, which is established in common setup for User Codes.

Columns on Summary Report

User Code

The User Code label (system-supplied), for example, Sales Representative.

Description

The user-defined label for the User Code, for example, Sales Rep.

Active

The Active status: Yes or No.

Detail Report

The detail report shows the items in the summary report and in addition, Code and Description, which are established in Job Costing Setup (for JC and MSA Codes).

Columns on Detail Report

User Code

The User Code label (system-supplied), for example, Sales Representative.

Description

The user-defined label for the User Code, for example, Sales Rep.

Active

The Active status: Yes or No.

Code

The user-defined code, for example, Liz Smith.

Description

The user-defined description, for example,  Elizabeth H. Smith.

Refer to Job Costing Reports Questions or the Reports Questions Matrix for more information about the questions.

1. From the Job Cost menu, select Reports—Setup Reports—User Code List.
2. Click Select PropertiesCompanies. Select the PropertiesCompanies for which you want to print the report and click Done.
3. Select one of the following report printing options:
• PDF Format: Print the report in PDF format for use in a PDF viewer, such as Acrobat.
• Create Spreadsheet: Prints the report in an Excel spreadsheet.
4. Click Print. If you selected Create Spreadsheet, you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in PDF format.

User security permissions must be granted in the System module to access this menu item.
