        Use this tab to print a general ledger 3 month profit 
 and loss statement.
         Report Description

            This report is available as a Standard Report or 
 an . 
 It provides a three-month profit and loss statement for a selected period. 
 The report displays the current month amount plus two months prior to 
 the selected month, year-to-date actual amount, and the budget amount 
 for each account defined in the report format. An optional selection parameter 
 allows you to include unapproved transactions.

            Before generating this report, you must have set up report formats.
            
                - From the eFinancials 
 menu, select Reports—GL 
 Reports—P 
 & L 3 Month. Or, from the ePO menu, select Reports—P 
 & L 3 Month.
- Click Select 
 EntitiesCompanies. 
 Select the entitiescompanies 
 for which you want to print the report and click Save.
- From the Fiscal 
 Year field, type the year for the report (for example, 2008). 
- From the Period 
 field, type the period for the report (for example, 2). 
- From the Report 
 Format drop-down list, select a format.
- To include unapproved 
 transactions on the report, select 
 the Include 
 Unapproved Transactions check box.
- Select the type of 
 report you want to print: Standard Report or 
 Alternate 
 Report (refer to report description). 
- Select one of the 
 following report printing options: 
                    - PDF 
 Format: Print the report in PDF format for use in a PDF viewer, 
 such as Acrobat.
                    - Create 
 Spreadsheet: Prints the report in an Excel spreadsheet. 
- Click Print. 
 If you selected Create Spreadsheet, you are prompted to open or save the 
 report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in PDF format.
