Account Export — eFinancials Fixed Length File Format

The account export function exports accounts, GL actual balances, and budgets. This file format is for the chart of accounts.

Using eFinancials Fixed Length allows Account Import to use the file created from this export for an import, enabling the import of the chart of accounts for existing entitiescompanies into the system.

Note

It is also possible to perform a chart of accounts export using the Accounts.BCL file format.

This file can be in fixed length (SDF) or comma separated (CSV) format.
