Make the following menu selections to display this tab:
eFinancials—Setup—Global Setup—Properties—Address Tab
or
ePO—Setup—Properties—AddressTab
When setting up, use this tab to add or edit the Main Address and contact for the property. The address you enter on this tab displays in grids and prints on reports that use the main address. You can set up additional addresses for use in the system on the Mailing Tab and the Billing Tab.
This menu item is available for Standard Setup only.
Main Address
Enter the main address for the property using up to three lines. For example:
89 Forests Path
Leasing Office
Zip / City / State
Enter the zip code, city, and state for the main address.
Country
Enter the country for the main address.
Contact
Title / First Name / M.I. / Last Name / Suffix
Enter the name of the contact at the property. For example:
Mr. Gregory C. Fish Sr.
Phone
Enter the phone number for the contact, beginning with the area code.
Fax
Enter the facsimile phone number for the contact, beginning with the area code.
Enter the email address for the contact using a standard email format. For example, UserName@company.com.
Buttons
Cancel
Select this button when you want to stop without saving changes.
Save
Select this button to save changes.
