Visit Action Codes Overview

A Visit Action Code is a user-defined code created for use on a Guest Card . It is used to identify actions associated with a Visit from a prospective resident.

For example, a Visit Action Code could be Apartment Tour or Too Expensive.

When a user enters a Guest Card with a Visited contact type, any Visit Action Codes that you set up appear on a drop-down list. The user selects a code to indicate:

The actions you define should apply directly to your property and the type of traffic you expect to encounter.

Setting up Visit Action Codes is optional.
