Select Properties

Click to select properties from the Select Properties tab. The report runs for all selected properties.

Unit

The building + unit number. For instance, 0001-101.

Type

The unit type + sub-type. For instance, 2B/2B Den.

Sq Ft

The total unit square footage.

Market Rent

The unit market or street value, which may differ from the rent amount actually billed to the resident leasing the unit.

Old Name

If Down unit, then this column shows Unit is Down. If the unit has a Current resident with a expected move-out or transfer out status it is considered OLD, in which case this column shows the OLD resident name. If the unit has an applicant with a Canceled status it is considered OLD, in which case this column shows the OLD resident name. If the unit has a Previous resident with a move-out date it is considered OLD, in which case this column shows the OLD resident name.

Move In

The date the OLD resident moved in.

Notice

The date the OLD resident submitted their notice to vacate.

Expected Move Out

The date the OLD resident expects to vacate the unit.

Move Out

The date the OLD resident vacated the unit.

New Name

The name of the NEW resident. A NEW resident is a person with an Applicant or Leased status, that has not moved in as of the date the report is run.

Expected Move In

The date the NEW resident expects to move-in.

Color

The unit's carpet, appliance and other colors.

Property Total

Totals are listed for the square footage and market rent amounts, per property.

Grand Total

Sum totals are listed for the square footage and market rent amounts for all selected properties.

1. From the eSite menu, select Reports—Management Reports—Unit Availability.
2. Click Select Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the report and click Done.
3. Select the information you want to see on the report (refer to the Selection Criteria for this report).
4. Select a Report Format option: Acrobat Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
5. Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel, you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in your preferred format.
