To Add a Group Concession Limits

From the eSite menu, select Setup—Property—Additional—Group Concession Limits.
From the Group Concession Limits grid, click a group.
From the Group Concession Limits tab displays, if you want to ensure the users linked to this group are not allowed to enter any concessions, select the No Concessions Allowed check box. The Monthly Limit and Lease Limit are automatically set to No Concessions. Skip to the final step.

Or, if you do want to allow concessions, leave the box cleared and continue with the next step.

From the Monthly Limit drop-down list, select the monthly concessions limit allowed for the group:

Unlimited – To allow the group to enter unlimited monthly concessions for a resident, select this option.
Fixed Amount – To allow the group to enter monthly concessions up to a certain flat dollar amount, select this option.
Percent based on Market Rent – To allow the group to enter monthly concessions up to a certain percentage of the market rent, select this option.
No Concessions – This option is automatically selected when you check the No Concessions Allowed check box.

If you selected Fixed Amount from the Monthly Limit drop-down list, enter a dollar amount limit in the Monthly Limit $ field (for example, 50). Or, if you selected Percent based on Market Rent, enter a percentage amount limit in the Monthly Limit % field (for example, 5).
From the Lease Limit drop-down list, select the concessions limit allowed for the group during the lease term:

Unlimited – To allow the group to enter unlimited concessions for a resident during the lease term, select this option.
Fixed Amount – To allow the group to enter concessions up to a certain flat dollar amount during the lease term, select this option.
Percent based on Market Rent – To allow the group to enter concessions during the lease term up to a certain percentage of the market rent, select this option.
No Concessions – This option is automatically selected when you check the No Concessions Allowed check box.

If you selected Fixed Amount from the Lease Limit drop-down list, enter a dollar amount limit in the Lease Limit $ field (for example, 500). Or, if you selected Percent based on Market Rent, enter a percentage amount limit in the Lease Limit % field (for example, 5).
Click Save.
