Use this tab to add or edit the concessions limit for
a group.
Users linked to a group in the system will have the same
concession limits as the group. For more information about how users are
assigned to a group, refer to the System Help.
Concession Limits for Group
Displays the name of the group you selected.
No Concessions Allowed
Check to ensure that the group cannot bill concessions.
Monthly Limit
From the drop-down menu, select one of the following
options:
- Unlimited
- There is no limit to the amount of concessions the group can bill per
month
- Fixed Amount
- The monthly group concessions limit is based on a dollar amount
- Percent
of Market Rent - The monthly group concessions limit is based on a percent
of market rent
- No Concessions
- This option is selected when the No Concessions Allowed check box is
selected.
Monthly Limit $
Type the maximum dollar amount the group is allowed
for concessions monthly (for example, to enter a concession in the amount
of $50, type 50). This field is
editable only if you selected Amount
from the Monthly Limit drop-down list.
Monthly Limit %
Type a percentage of the market rent that this
group is allowed for concessions monthly (for example, to enter a 5% concession,
type 5). This field is editable
only If you selected Percentage of Market
Rent from the Monthly Limit drop-down list.
Lease Limit
From the drop-down menu, select one of the following
options:
- Unlimited
- There is no limit to the amount of concessions the group can bill throughout
the duration of the lease.
- Fixed Amount
- The group concessions limit for the duration of the lease is based on
a dollar amount
- Percent
of Market Rent - The group concessions limit for the duration of the lease
is based on a percent of market rent
- No Concessions
- This option is selected when the No Concessions Allowed check box is
selected
Lease Limit $
Type the maximum dollar amount the group is allowed
for concessions for the duration of the lease (for example, to enter a
concession in the amount of $500, type 500).
This field is editable only if you selected Amount from the Lease Limit
drop-down list.
Lease Limit %
Type a percentage of the market rent that this
group is allowed for concessions for the duration of the lease (for example,
to enter a 5% concession, type 5).
This field is editable only if you selected Percentage of Market Rent
from the Lease Limit drop-down list.

Click to return to the Group Concession Limits
grid without saving changes.

Click to save your changes.
