To Add a Data Template
  1. From the eSite menu, select Setup—Letters—Data Template.
  2. If desired, edit the Description for the data template.
  3. Select a Fields Group from which you want to select fields for the template, or to view all fields, select the All fields group. Your selection populates the Available Fields list.
  4. If desired, use the arrows to move fields between the Available Fields and Selected Fields boxes.

Note Note

For existing letter templates, if you edit templates because selected merge fields contain more than 35 characters, it is necessary to also edit documents.

  1. Click Save.
