Square Footage Reconciliation

Make the following selections from the menu to display this page:

Reports—Audit Reports—Square Footage Reconciliation

The Square Footage Reconciliation Report used to reconcile the useable and rentable square footage amounts entered for the property, building and suites for commercial properties (property type 6-Standard Commercial).

It lists all suites set up within a building and compares the number of suites and square footage totals with the date entered during property, building and suite setup. In addition, it totals the number of suites and their cumulative square footage amounts and makes a comparison to the numbers entered during property setup. Differences in the number of suites and square footage amounts are displayed for both the building and the property.

This topic provides report details for commercial properties only; that is, properties with the property type set to 6-Standard Commercial.

Building

The building number; for instance, 01.

Suite

The suite number; for instance, A101.

Address

The suite's street address listed as street number, street name and suite number; for instance 1000 ABC Lane, Ste #A101.

Useable

The suite's useable square footage as defined on the Properties Tab. Useable square footage is defined as the space physically occupied by the suite.

Rentable

The suite's rentable square footage as defined on the Properties Tab. Rentable square footage is defined as the suite's useable square footage plus a prorated share of common area, such as hallways is referred to as rentable square footage.

Leaseable

The suite's leaseable square footage.

USQFT

The user-defined square footage.

Building Totals

Entered

Sum of entered square footage counts for the building.

Calculated

Sum of calculated square footage counts for the building.

Difference

The difference between the entered and calculated square footage counts for the building.

Property Totals

Entered

Sum of entered square footage counts for the property.

Calculated

Sum of calculated square footage counts for the property.

Difference

The difference between the entered and calculated square footage counts for the property.

ClosedTo Display the Square Footage Reconciliation Report

  1. From the eSite menu, select Reports—Audit Reports—Square Footage Reconciliation.
  2. Click Select Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the report and click Done.
  3. Select the information you want to see on the report (refer to the Selection Criteria for this report).
  4. Select a Report Format option: Acrobat Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
  5. Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel, you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in your preferred format.
