Use this grid to change your current property selection 
 and/or date without logging out of the system. This option is only available 
 if more than one property exists in the current database.

            Date
            The date defaults to the current sign on date. 
 To change the date, enter a different date using the format mm/dd/yyyy. 
 Or, click in the Date field and a use the electronic 
 calendar that opens to select a date. This date determines the date 
 for entering activity.
            Property ID
            The property ID. For instance, BAY. Click the 
 column header to sort the grid by Property ID. You can select the Property 
 ID to update your property selection.
            Name
            The property name. For instance, Bay Gardens. 
 Click the column header to sort the grid by Name. 
            Last BOD
            The date the last Begin Of Day process was run. 
 Click the column header to sort the grid by Last BOD date. You can select 
 a date to continue with that day's activity.
            Last EOD
            The date the last End Of Day process was run. 
 Click the column header to sort the grid by Last EOD date. You can select 
 a date to continue with that day's activity.
         
        
            There are three methods to use to sign into a property 
 on a particular date. Users running Begin 
 Of Day/End Of Day generally use Method A. Users running Lease 
 Changes generally use Method B or C.
             Method A

                Click on the last BOD date for a property. This signs 
 you into a property with a sign in date of the last BOD date.

                Click on a property. This signs 
 you into a property with the date in the Date box, which defaults to the current sign in date. This 
 means that you are signing into a new property and keeping the same date.
                
             
             Method C

                Change the date in the Date box or use the Calendar 
 button to select a date, and then click on a property. This signs 
 them into a property with the new date.
