Select Guest Card Tab

This tab appears when the Guest Cards button is selected from the Occupants Tab when entering an application or lease.

Property

The name of the property that appears on lists and in reports.

Guest Card

The guest card number that appears on lists and in reports.

Title

The guest title that appears on lists and in reports.

First Name

The guest first name that appears on lists and in reports.

The guest middle initial that appears on lists and in reports.

Last Name

The guest last name that appears on lists and in reports.

Requirements

This field lists any requirements for leasing the guest may have shared during their initial contact.

Status

This field lists the guest card status as Phoned, Visited, or Internet.

GOTO Button

Click to search data grids for specific information.

Locate the guest card you want to enter an application for or to move-in. Only units within the properties you have access to appear.
Select the guest card number. The guest card information displays in the Title, First Name, MI and Last Name fields on the previous tab.
