Make the following menu selections to display this page:

Topics
The Search TopicList
provides a listing of search topics (or tags) set up for the selected
property or properties.
Report Details
Information on the report comes from Search
Topic setup.
Search Topic
The code used to identify the search topic. For
instance, Email.
Description
A brief description of the search topic. For example,
Resident Email Address.
Total
Total count of search topics set up for the property.
To Display the Search Topic List
- From the eSite menu,
select Reports—Setup Reports—Search Topic
List.
- Select a report printing
option: Acrobat Reader (default),
Crystal Viewer, Excel.
- Click Display.
If you selected to print the report in Excel, then you are prompted to
open or save the Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in your preferred
format.
Effect of Permissions
User security permissions must be granted in the System
module to access the Community Codes List menu item.
