Returned Items Task Selection Tab
Make the following selections from the eSite menu to
display this tab:
Ledger—Returned Items—(and then select a Resident or close the selection grid)
Use this tab to determine which returned item task to
complete.
Fields
Resident
Select this option to display the Select
Resident Returned Items Tab. Use the tab to select the name of the
resident to enter a returned item for.
Miscellaneous & Vending Income
Select this option to enter a miscellaneous or
vending income payment. If more than one property exists within your database,
a Select Property drop-down list displays.
Select Property
Select the property to enter the return for
from the drop-down list. Properties are established on the Properties
Tab.
This field appears only when Miscellaneous & Vending Income is selected.
