The following list of reports identifies which reports are affected by the use of Unit Active/Inactive dates and what changes have been made to accommodate this feature. If you are not using Unit Active/Inactive dates (i.e., these policies are not active) then the following information does not apply to you and your reports function as usual.
Since reports are based on one of two types of date criteria, report selection dates and date ranges, the reports listed below are grouped by date criteria. Listed first are the reports that use selection dates, and then you'll find the list of reports using date ranges.

Generally these units display as Vacant units, however, any unit with activity may be included. Unchecked - (default) Inactive units are not included. Note: If a lease meets other report selection criteria, it is included regardless of the Active or Inactive state. |
