Proration Forecast Report

Make the following menu selections to display this page:

Reports—Renewal & Forecast—Proration Forecast

This report shows prorated recurring charges for new residents assuming they move-in on their expected move-in dates and for on-notice residents assuming they move out on their expected move-out dates. Only leases that have an expected move-in or move-out date later than the last begin of day, the last lease charge calculation, or the last log on date display as long as the resident has not actually moved in or out. Canceled applications or leases are not included. Residents with a transfer status are listed as both a move-out and move-in.

ClosedReport Details

Apt

The building + unit number. For instance, 01-A101.

Name

The primary occupant name. For instance, Sally Smith.

Expected Move-In

If an applicant exists for this unit, then this is the date they plan to move in.

Expected Move-Out

If a notice to vacate exists for this unit, then this is the date the current resident plans to move out.

Code

If recurring charges exist, then this column lists each income code applied to that charge as one code per line.

Lease Charges

If recurring charges exist, then this column lists the billed amount.

Move-In Prorate

If applicable, this column lists the amount of prorated rent the applicant must pay when they move in.

Move-Out Credit

If applicable, this column lists any rent credits due back to the resident when they move out.

Move-Out Charges

If applicable, this column lists any charges billed to the resident as a result of moving out. This may include unpaid rents and other charges as well as damage or insufficient notice fees.

ClosedTo Display the Rent Forecast Report

  1. From the eSite menu, select Reports—Renewal & Forecast—Proration Forecast.
  2. Click Select Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the report and click Done.
  3. Select a Report Format option: Acrobat Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
  4. Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel, you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in your preferred format.
