Type an identification code for the phone action
(for example, enter SA
for Scheduled Appointment).
Description
Type a description for the phone action (for example,
enter Scheduled Appointment).
This description appears in the drop-down list
for the Action field in the Contacts section of the Guest
Information tab when the type of contact selected is "Phone."
Will Not Lease
Select Yes if you expect that a prospect
with this Phone Action Code will not lease.
Select No if you expect that a prospect with this Phone Action Code will lease.
