Occupancy Projection Report

Make the following menu selections to display this page:

Reports—Renewal & Forecast—Occupancy Projection

This report shows occupancy rates for selected properties, including the initial and projected occupancy, over a given time period.

ClosedSelection Criteria

Select Properties

Click to select properties from the Select Properties pop-up. The report runs for all selected properties.

From / Thru Date

Type the date range for the report. Or, use the Calendar icon Calendar to select a date for each field.

NoteNote

The Thru Date defaults to four weeks from the From Date.

Report Format Options

Select your desired report format option: Acrobat Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.

Display

Click to display the report in your selected format.

Cancel

Click to cancel without printing the report.

ClosedReport Details

Occupied On (Date): xxx  

The number of occupied units on the Start Date (the From Date).

Week

The starting of the week based on the From Date and Thru Date.

Start Occupied

The number of units occupied at the beginning of the reporting week.

Start % Occupied

The percentage of units occupied at the beginning of the reporting week.

(Current # Occupied/Total # of Units) X 100 = % Occupied.

Actual Move Ins

The number of units with a Lease Move In Date in the reporting week.

Actual Move Outs

The number of units with a Lease Move Out Date in the reporting week.

Expected Move-Ins

The number of units for which one of the following conditions applies:

End % Occupied

The percentage of units occupied at the end of the reporting week.

(Expected # Occupied/Total # of Units) X 100 = % Occupied.

Occupied On (Date): xxx  

The number of occupied units on the report End Date.

ClosedTo Display the Occupancy Projection Report

  1. From the eSite menu, select Reports—Renewal & Forecast—Occupancy Projection.
  2. Click Select Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the report and click Done.
  3. In the From Date and Thru Date fields, type the date range for the report. Or, use the Calendar icon Calendar to select a date for each field.
  4. Select a Report Format option: Acrobat Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
  5. Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel, you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in your preferred format.
