Move Out Fees Tab

Use this tab to bill fees to the resident moving out. Details displayed at the top of this tab are for reference only and cannot be edited.

Fee

Select the fee code to bill from the drop-down list. Fees are established on Fee Setup.

Description

The display-only description of the fee selected from the Fee drop-down list.

Amount

The display-only amount of the fee selected from the Fee drop-down list.

Tax

The display-only amount of tax charged for the fee selected from the Fee drop-down list. Tax amounts are established on Fee Setup.

Total Fees

The display-only field used to list the total amount of fees billed to the resident at the time of move-out.
