Make the following menu selections to display this page:

Codes List
The Move-Out Codes List provides a listing of move-out codes defined
for use by the currently selected property or properties. This
report is not available for Commercial properties.
Report Details
Code
The identifying move-out code. Move-Out codes
are established on the Move-Out Codes
Tab. For instance, RNT.
Description
A brief description of the move-out code. For
instance, Rent too high.
Total
A total count of move-out codes, listed per property.
To Display the Move-Out Codes List
- From the eSite menu,
select Reports—Setup
Reports—Move-Out
Code List.
- Click Select
Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the
report and click Done.
- Select a Report
Format option: Acrobat
Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
- Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel,
you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the
report opens in your preferred format.
Effect of Permissions
User security permissions must be granted in the System
module to access this menu item.
