Make the following menu selections to display this page:

Reports—Setup Reports—Memo Form List

The Memo FormList provides a detailed or summarized listing of memo form information for the selected property or properties.

ClosedSelection Criteria

Select Properties

Click to select properties from the Select Properties tab. The report runs for all selected properties.

Summary List

Accept the marked default to print a summarized version of the report. Or, click once inside the Detail List radio button to print a detailed version.

Detail List

Accept the unmarked default to print a summarized version of the report. Or, click once inside this radio button to print a detailed version.

ClosedReport Details

Summary

Form

The identifying memo form code. Memo Forms are established on the Memo Forms Tab. For instance, AGED.

Description

A brief description of the memo form code; pulled from the Memo Forms Tab. For instance, Aged Delinquency Memos.

Total

Total count of memo forms set up; listed per property.

Detail - Required

Form

The identifying memo form code. Memo Forms are established on the Memo Forms Tab. For instance, AGED.

Description

A brief description of the memo form code; pulled from the Memo Forms Tab. For instance, Aged Delinquency Memos.

Phone

Is the memo required for a phone contact? Yes or No.

Visit

Is the memo required for an initial  visit? Yes or No.

Return

Is the memo required for a return visit? Yes or No.

Apply

Is the memo required for applications? Yes or No.

Move-In

Is the memo required for move-ins? Yes or No.

Trans

Is the memo required for transfers? Yes or No.

Renew

Is the memo required for renewals? Yes or No.

Prop

Does the memo apply to the selected property or properties? Yes or No.

Detail - Available

Form

Bldg

Is the memo form available for buildings? Yes or No.

Apt

Is the memo form available for apartments (units)? Yes or No.

ResID

Is the memo form available for resident ID's? Yes or No.

Occup

Is the memo form available for occupants? Yes or No.

Guest

Is the memo form available for guests? Yes or No.

ClosedTo Display the Memo Form List

  1. From the eSite menu, select Reports—Setup Reports—Memo Form List.
  2. Click Select Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the report and click Done.
  3. Select the information you want to see on the report (refer to the Selection Criteria for this report).
  4. Select a Report Format option: Acrobat Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
  5. Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel, you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in your preferred format.

 

ClosedEffect of Permissions

User security permissions must be granted in the System module to access this menu item.
