Market Rent Schedule

This report lists the market and cumulative rents and square footages for all units and unit types.

Select Properties

Click to select properties from the Select Properties tab. The report runs for all selected properties.

Type

The unit type + sub-type (if applicable).

Amenities

The amenity code associated with the unit or unit type. For instance, FP for fireplace.

# of Units

Count of units categorized by unit type.

Unit Sq Ft

This number is calculated as the Sum or Unit Sq Ft/# of Units.

Base Mkt Rent

This number is calculated as the Sum of Unit Market Rent/# of Units.

Premium

The rent amount that could be charged if all amenities were included, per unit type.

Market /Sq Ft

This number is calculated as the Sum of Unit Market Rent/Sum of Unit Square Feet.

Cumulative Rent

This number is calculated as Leased Not Occupied + Future Vacant Leased (from Concessions for Week Available for Rent section).

Property Totals & Averages

Subtotal and average values are listed for each unit type and sub-type (if applicable).

Amenity Recap

Amenities listed by amenity code, description and price.

From the eSite menu, select Reports—Management Reports—Market Rent Schedule.
Click Select Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the report and click Done.
Select the information you want to see on the report (refer to the Selection Criteria for this report).
Select a Report Format option: Acrobat Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel, you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in your preferred format.
