Leasing Agent List

The Leasing Agent List provides a detail or summary listing of leasing agent information, sorted by the leasing agent's ID code, last name and status.

Select Properties

Click to select properties from the Select Properties tab. The report runs for all selected properties.

Summary List

Accept the marked default to print a summarized version of the report. Or, click once inside the Detail List radio button to print a detailed version.

Detail List

Accept the unmarked default to print a summarized version of the report. Or, click once inside this radio button to print a detailed version.

Sort by Agent Code

Accept the marked default to sort the report data by the leasing agent's ID code. Or, click once inside the Sort by Last Name radio button to sort the data by the agent's last name.

Sort by Last Name

Accept the unmarked default to sort the report data by leasing agent's ID code. Or, click once inside this radio button to sort the data by the agent's last name.

Only Active Agents

Accept the marked default to only include leasing agents with an Active status. Or, click once inside the All Agents radio button to include all leasing agents regardless of their status, both Active and Inactive.

All Agents

Accept the unmarked default to only include leasing agents with an Active status. Or, click once inside this radio button to include all leasing agents regardless of their status, both Active and Inactive.

The following report details assume all defaults are selected.

Summary

Code

The identifying leasing agent code, or ID. Leasing Agents are established on the Leasing Agents Tab. For instance, SS.

Name

The leasing agent's name, listed as first and last name. For instance, Sally Smith.

Active

Status flag used to show whether the leasing agent status is Active or Inactive.

Detail

Name & Address

The leasing agent's name, listed as first and last name including the address of the property they are assigned to.

Code

The identifying leasing agent code, or ID. Leasing Agents are established on the Leasing Agents Tab. For instance, SS.

Active

Status flag used to show whether the leasing agent status is Active or Inactive displayed as Y for active and N for inactive.

From the eSite menu, select Reports—Setup Reports—Leasing Agent List.
Click Select Properties. Select the properties for which you want to print the report and click Done.
Select the information you want to see on the report (refer to the Selection Criteria for this report).
Select a Report Format option: Acrobat Reader (default), Crystal Viewer, Excel.
Click Display. If you selected the printing option, Excel, you are prompted to open or save the report Excel file. Otherwise, the report opens in your preferred format.
